Upcoming Events

Below are descriptions and links to some of the upcoming conferences, seminars, and workshops that may be of interest to learn more on adulteration.

Ninth Joint Natural Products Conference [AFERP, ASP, GA, SIF, JSP, PSE]

Copenhagen, Denmark: July 24th – 27th, 2016

This is the joint meeting of the Association Francophone pour l’Enseignement et la Recherche en Pharmacognosie (AFERP), American Society of Pharmacognosy (ASP), the Society for Medicinal Plant and Natural Product Research (GA), the Società Italiana di Fitochimica (SIF), the Japanese Society of Pharmacognosy (JSP), and the Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE). The joint natural products conference is the largest gathering of scientists with interest in natural products research. It is a prime opportunity to exchange ideas and network with members of the natural products research community worldwide. The conference covers a broad range of scientific disciplines within natural products research, including medicinal plant analysis. A day-long pre-conference symposium gives an overview on advances in (bio)analytical techniques applied to natural products research, presented by Mark O’Neil-Johnson (Sequoia Sciences) and Dan Stærk (University of Copenhagen). More details will be available as the program evolves.
