ABC Hosts American Botanical Celebration in Anaheim
On the evening of March 23, 2006, the American Botanical Council (ABC) will host the first “American Botanical Celebration” in appreciation of its Sponsor Members and Advisory Board Members. These members provide critical support for ABC’s non-profit educational programs. The Sponsor Members are among the leading companies and organizations from around the world in the herb, phytomedicine, dietary supplement, and natural products communities, and the Advisory Board members represent some of the leading experts in the various scientific fields related to herbal medicine, phytotherapy, ethnobotany, and allied disciplines.
The celebration begins with a banquet honoring our sponsor members for their decades of support and encouragement.
Dinner will be followed by presentation of the first annual Norman R. Farnsworth Botanical Research Award and James A. Duke Botanical Literature Award. Doctors Farnsworth and Duke will each speak.
The American Botanical Celebration will be Thursday, the twenty-third of March, two thousand and six from seven to ten o’clock in the evening.
All Sponsor Members of ABC are invited to attend and reservations are required.
