Role of Botanicals in Healthy Aging Symposium Cancelled
Austin, TX (July 23, 2003) The Role of Botanicals in Healthy Aging: From Traditional Knowledge to Clinical Practice to Scientific Development, scheduled for August 9 and 10, has been cancelled due to lack of enrollment. On behalf of the planning organizations, American Botanical Council (ABC), American Herbal Products Association (AHPA), and the American Herbalists Guild (AHG), also known as the Herbal Education Partnership (HEP), we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The three organizations that comprise the HEP formed this first-time collaboration to provide continuing education in the area of herbal medicine. One positive outcome of this process is that all three organizations are committed to continue working together in the future.
We wish to thank the participants that did register, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and all who put time and energy into the planning of this event.
