Name of Drug
Viola tricoloris herba, heart's ease herb, viola, Johnny Jump-up.
Composition of Drug
Viola herb consists of the dried, above-ground parts of Viola tricolor L., mainly of the subspecies V.
vulgaris (Koch) Oborny and subspecies V. arvensis (Murray) Gaudin [Fam. Violaceae], harvested at flowering season, as well as their preparations in effective dosage.
The herb contains flavonoids.

- Mild seborrheic skin diseases, milk scall in children.

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed:
- 1.5 g of drug per cup of water as tea, 3 times daily;
- equivalent preparations.
Mode of Administration
