Name of Drug
Raphani sativi radix, radish.
Composition of Drug
Radish consists of the fresh roots of Raphanus sativus L. var. niger (Miller) S. Kerner and/or of R. sativus L. ssp. niger (Miller) de Candolle var. albus de Candolle [Fam. Brassicaceae], as well as its preparations in effective dosage.
Radish contains mustard oil glycosides and essential oil.
Uses

Peptic disorders, especially those related to dyskinesia of the bile ducts, catarrhs of the upper respiratory tract.
Contraindications

|
Cholelithiasis.
